All Dolled Up - Lance Icarus

Finally, we got this sketch up! Because of how busy it's been since we've gotten back, we can only manage a sketch, but it accounts a couple of our favorite stories of PAX 07. I think I've finally recovered from the weekend, but now I'm going to be off this weekend at Bumbershoot. Whew, this is a heck of a way to say goodbye to summer.

Anyway, let me explain the situations in the comic. The top portion is when me, Dizzy, and two other Enforcers (PAX security and general grunts) got together to save a Rainbow Six: Vegas tournament from being cancelled due to lack of players. However, we've never played the game before and we had to go up against the Frag Dolls. Needless to say, it got nasty. We lost horribly by an average of 40 points. Guess it was lucky we weren't actually trying to win the tournament.

Next we have the bottom portion. During the first Q & A panel with Gabe and Tycho, there was a surprise guest named Uwe Boll. He even screened his new trailer for his movie Postal. Needless to say, those who didn't leave were thoroughly offended and things got a little ugly. Uwe got out safe, much to the dissatisfaction of the crowd.

Anyway, that's it for me this week. I have to get stuff done before the big Bumbershoot festival. See you all Monday!
