The Line Ride - Lance Icarus

Ah yes, that big mouth is definitely based off of real life. I really should learn that thoughts should stay in the head. Well, at least they're on time.

So E3 Lite has come and gone and it's been surprisingly informative. I thought it was going to be a wasteland that maybe Motorola would announce some new games and that would be about it. However, The "big 3" in Nitendo, Microsoft, and Sony all had plenty to say and show us. I think this proved that E3 is no longer dead. It's simply more cost effective. I'm excited for everything from Super Smash Brothers Brawl and Metroid Prime: Corruption to Trauma Center: New Blood and the new Harvest Moon game. Then again, I'm always excited for Harvest Moon.

Anyway, Dizzy Fox will give his impressions of the show in the next post. Enjoy his words of wisdom and heed. Heed like there's no tomorrow.

Entrancing Earthly Ecstasy - Dizzy Fox

There is no end to E3 in sight and it's a proud moment to see when all claimed that the biggest gaming Expo in the country died not more than a year ago.

It's simple to say, E3 has a great running of games displayed and a flash of entertainment that could rock. Speaking of Rock, I might as well start with Rock band. The soon to be Ultimate rival of Guitar hero that utilizes the group effort of game play to bring out an entire rock band to the stage. With it's innovative game play it's sure to be a hit. There is always the love for games like Halo 3, The most anticipated titles this year so far. Gamers all over whether they admit it or not are awaiting the end of a truly epic saga and to truly finish the war against the covenant. Sony has their runs with Metal Gear Solid 4 and there new PS3 Home Info.

WWE smackdown Vs Raw 2008 brings people to the edge of their seats with the new game play for the Nintendo wii. Their is supposedly material that will be cut out of the wii version that will be in the ps3 and 360. Metroid Prime 3: Corruption is amazing and as innovative as ever. The game play is fluid and makes even the weakest player feel like the badest bounty hunter ever.

And Finally my two favorite choices of the event. Assassins Creed and Starwars The Force Unleashed. With assassins creed you play as an assassin in Jerusalem who gets involved not just in his jobs, but in an intricate web of lies and deception. Anywhere on the map is accessible and every play through is different, each way you go can bring about a new style to the game, no npc is alike and no two chases follow the same beaten path. The who game is designed to have the freedom and capability to give you the fullest of control and bring about the assassin in you. Aside from that the only thing that could be better for me is the Force unleashed and only for the fact that if you were the biggest and badest dark jedi in the known galaxy and you where trained by Darth vader. what would you do. That is what this game is all about. The trailer begins with a menacing Star Destroyer flying above the city and suddenly brought down by an unknown force, the crash landing is because of a dark jedi and his overwhelming power. You are that dark jedi. you roam from place to place toying and destroying everything that comes into your path. The Question there isn't even how do I beat this guy, it's how do I humiliate this guy and show off my cool powers at the same time. The game is not all overpower and tossing around stormtroopers to no end. There is a showing of the possibility that with the rise in your power comes the rise in the powers of your opponents, from rancor to jedi to jedi riding rancor. It's a blast of the darkest parts of our hearts to enjoy the best part of being evil.

I've typed alot here and I'll spare you all from having to read more assuming you even got this far.

It's been fun and the new years lineup will be fantastic.

Oh yeah I almost forgot, We have been a little under on our funds for the site and we've been unable to get the initial funds for things like Merc. Anyways if anyone cares to I'd like to ask to please donate and help out
