A Trip Down Memory Lane - Lance Icarus

Ah, the memories this comic brings back. Even though this comic will be our 9th comic (counting the Dizzy Day) posted on the site, this is actually the very first comic we ever came up with. I've had my share of things going on since +1 launched, but seeing the brain child that inspired this comic has inspired me once again. I think I'll be looking around for more ways to improve the site and even pump out a nice line of new comics to reflect the coming winter rush.

Oh yeah, this Christmas and it's console launches are video game comic gold. Need for Speed Carbon and FFXII are coming out in a couple of days, yet they aren't the end of it.  Oh no, these two powerhouse titles are merely the champagne bottle that is smashed against the hull of the Holiday season to announce that it is sea worthy. We are done with hype machines and grainy streaming videos of press conferences. The flood gates of gaming have opened.

It has begun.

In other news, we were cruising VGcats and saw their post about MC Chris (aka MC Pee Pants from Aqua Teen Hunger Force) ranting on KH2 and RE4. The following laughter is the reason my ribs are still healing.

You've Got A Bit Of Red On You - Dizzy Fox

Here it is the comic that started it all.

When Lance, Chip and I first came up with the idea to make a web comic our first comic was the Team. It came from our roles that we play and the ones that everyone else play. It's always been a blast for us just to goof off not even trying to win any matches. Since then we built upon our interests and made the webcomic you see today. And thanks to you all it's doing great.

All that aside, Happy Halloween From all of us here at +1 Comics. I'll be working for Halloween so we enjoyed our weekend with parties up the wazoo. All of us dressed in costumes, Accept for lance, He's a bit pulled away from the whole costume thing. It's still been great though.
